We practice these principles in all our affairs. Is it possible we have all been given our uniqueness that we may be of service to God and others? To be of service, we must listen to the songs and heartbeats of God as we understand Him. Listen to your drummer and fill YOUR heart with the heartbeats and music of God.

The children’s song “Row, row, row YOUR boat” is a metaphor of how to live our lives. By “row, row, rowing,” you are taking action, moving on, and living YOUR life. INTO ACTION. Your life is YOUR boat. We all have boats, and we can use our boats to help the lives of those drowning.

We row our boats, “gently down the stream.” If rowing against the current, we make little progress. We claim spiritual progress, not spiritual perfection. Easy does it. We live and let live. We go gently down the stream.

We do this, “merrily, merrily, merrily.” We merrily face the sorrows of the world. Into the multidimensional, we go merrily.

And the last verse, “life is but a DREAM!” What is this teaching us? It suggests that there is a depth to this experience that may not be immediately apparent. That life is not a trial, a struggle or a battle to leave us empty-handed. It is a DREAM!! BE A DREAMER and keep on singing… “Row, row, row YOUR boat gently down the stream, merrily, merrily, merrily life is but a dream.”
